Overview

Owning a historic home is at once a joy, a challenge, and a responsibility.

Oftentimes, armed with the right information, homeowners'  perceived challenges turn out to be less significant than they first appeared.  This page is designed to be a resource for homeowners as they make decisions about maintenance, repair, remodeling, and upgrading of their historic homes.
